Access: Closed, but with good view points.

Not going to go into the history - quite a view posts on here for this place already.
The sites under 24 hour security, and someone is living onsite in a porter cabin. I asked for entry but they didn't want to entertain it.

I don't want to seem harsh again today, but walking around the outside of a fence isn't urban exploring, it's going for a Sunday stroll that any member of the public can do, yeah? If you got on board it would be report worthy, but you didn't....
