Quinta do Esteiro Furado, or Casa dos Ingleses, as it is commonly known, is located in Moita, Portugal. It is an old complex with house and chapel and a private beach, which once belonged to an English family.
It is a farm house with a remarkable deployment at the bottom of a small estuary, organized in the courtyard, which includes the Chapel of St. Giraldo, and a tower, bastardized manor type, that bring the insignia of the Order of Santiago, translating the tutelage of this Order on the territory.
In its grandeur, we can still see what remains of the palace, taken from the water, the tide mill and the private port where the products were shipped to Lisbon.
