Unfortunately not much history on this place.

Located in Lenton, Nottingham. It has been empty for around 7 years - was a decent little explore. No vandalism at all and all the electrics are still working!

Great to see this report! I used to run the pub as a a manger with some fantastic memories it's such a shame it ended up like this. If you have anymore photos it would be much appreciated. On the top floor half of the flat was a derelict hotel which was always a bit spooky
The pub was very successful until a series of robberies (lenton/radofd gang related) when owner greene king decided that it was too high risk to keep open. I believe they are still paying around £8k a month in rent for the site based on a historical agreement with British Land
It's seems ready for demolition in the near future. I hope I get chance to explore before it is bulldozed but more photos would be fantastic!
