contrary to what my previous post says, this is in fact my third report.
Originally named 'The Nightingale', I read on a derelictplaces report that this place has been derelict since 2007 and has been squatted in at one point. This place according to a quick Google search has been pegged for re-development but I'm unsure how imminently.
