We are use to vegetation reclaiming abandoned places but the desert does the same job. Very little is known about why this village became abandoned. It might have been that it was poorly constructed without good utilities. Or it might have been the desert getting on peoples tits. We were here on a calm day but the sand was still kicking up and making it uncomfortable. Either way it's been abandoned for many decades.
