My first venture into Urban Exploration in about 25 years, I used to deliver to Thompsons in the 80's and even found my companies special offer leaflet

Couple of things needed on this report:-

1.) You need to put the correct title on the report (i.e. Site name, location, month/year visited).
2.) You need to add the photos directly to the report, rather than adding them as attachments.
