Report - Tides Reach Hotel (February 2019)

Tides Reach Hotel
History:
The hotel was built in 1934 and it closed in 2013, but clearly hadn’t seen a handy man since the 90’s with a vibe of pine wood just about everywhere. It offers a swimming pool, squash court and around 50-60 rooms and even roof access if you dare.
Our Visit:
We arrived as usual and parked the car miles away to make sure we were unseen as it’s only in a little seaside kinda town. We have a look round the perimeter of the outside fence and spot a few ways in. Eventually we decided on two potential ways the first one didn’t work and ended up with us stuck in a room with a door bolted shut and the second one got us full access to everything we wanted (after waiting for passers by to be out of sight, which seems to take forever). It was a good condition place with barely any damp and most windows and carpets still fully there like it was used yesterday not much graffiti either. All in all it was a good Explore and very much worth it no security either which is always an added bonus aye.

If I was to guess, I'd say your first route in was the ground floor staff quarters, bit where you have to squeeze in the door, and the 2nd was through the small square ground floor window that we opened

The guess is close we got in through a first story window which led into a room that was locked had to climb off the path and onto a roof is that the one you mean?
