Access was OK, although the site is covered in cameras. A previous recce proved useless as security had moved from one side of the site to another.
The view from the top took in the major London sights, St Pauls, the wheel, OXO Tower, Big Ben, Canary Wharf etc.
The fog and cloud was coming in and it ended up pouring down with rain...
