Report - Unsure what it was (wales)

I stumbled across this on the way to another location in north wales.

As far as I’m aware it was something to do with sand and gravel which is located near by.

I have visited this place again and I has now been demolished for a log cabin site.

If it was to do with a nearby quarry chances are it was something like a site office or a weighbridge building at some point in it's life.
