History:
Upwood Hill house was built by a farm owner of the local land before the airfield was built. The house was used by the MOD for accommodation purposes, one family upstairs and another family downstairs. There are two different plans for this building I have seen on a planning website.

Hi everyone it’s been awhile since my last post. I have been out exploring some places over the last few weeks and I will be getting round to posting them very soon. This was the first place that we explored of the day. We went to the actual RAF base shortly after here. This was a very nice explore and in my opinion I preferred it over the RAF base simply because it had things to look at like the fireplaces and it still had some nice dominant interior features. A lot of people have explored this house this summer and has been highlighted a lot on Instagram. The neighbours are way more clicky with this house over the RAF base and I’m not really too sure why. We got spotted by a lot of people in here and they just stared at us for awhile, yet with the RAF base we had lorries driving through with builders in and they couldn’t give one. This house is a nice explore. We was very glad to do this first as it was the opposite direction to where we wanted to be later on in the day. On with the photos...

- To convert it into flats and build dwellings around it.
- To demolish the building and build new houses on the land.
