Had my eyes on this place for the past year, it's empty as it possibly could be, not worth it

There were a few portable lights on and signs of activity on the ground floor a few days ago

Recently travelling people were camping inside and auditing the copper cables. There was a small operation involving Police , dogs and onlookers. Sealed back up again.
