Sifting through things I never posted, this one stood out, as I can't see any posts from it on here. I'll be honest as it was so long ago I remember very few details about the explore other than the fact it was incredibly hot, and it was the last place we and our knackered bodies stopped at before making the journey onwards to the ferry home.
'Wellness Farm' as it was known in the Euro exploring circle, was a large set of farm buildings that had at some point been extended and converted into a spa style retreat centre hotel complex on the outskirts of the town of Oudenberg located between Ostend and Bruges. It hadn't been closed for very long when we visited, so was still very fresh. From what I remember most of the hotel type rooms were completely empty but it had a nice indoor spa pool housed in a modern extension and was well worth the somewhat brief stop on the way home.
As of current time it has been renovated and I believe now reopened as a similar operation.
Not too many photos from here, mainly of the pool and surroundings, as a lot of it was very empty and boring.
Thanks for looking
