After waiting a while for train delays thanks to an electrical fire, managed to get to Poole only to find out the main site I meant to check out, St Johns House, had been demolished :/. Knew that the marina was near though and it turned out that I could just walk straight in, so had a look. Like with a lot of sites I suppose, the easier access is, the less there'll be to see, the place was pretty much trashed, and it's quite apparent that they skimped out on the quality of the interior walls, and it's kind of like one big shed, though you can still get the vibe of what each room used to be. Ran into another guy taking pictures and chatted a bit but aside from that and nearly going through the floor at one point, not much to say. Quality view though, and a surprise that it hasn't been demo'd on account of the proximity to what I'd guess are several million pound boats.
