Done it before failed attempt at Victoria Hospital, lol, well done to guys securing it, even rats must have difficulty to get there

Westbrook as i expected from previous Maniac, msaunder1972 and Nelly reports is practically untouched, very clean and tidy, after 1.5h spent there i started to miss good, old decay.. Still a good day out, well apart of that damn hospital
history: Westbrook House was a Preparatory School based in Folkestone for 2-11 year olds. It was established on the site in Folkestone after the second world war by K.N.G. Foster, and existed in one form or other right up until 2008 when it closed its doors with just 119 pupils on role - it's capacity was 310.
