Question - Whittingham Hospital

Has anyone been to Whittingham Hospital in Preston? Is it easy enough to enter?

It's long since been demolished, it's your typical housing estate now

Good old Whittingham. Been a while since heard that pop up. Well gone now has ojay said.

I went about two years ago and there was still one building and a church, had eyes on me before I could get in. Not sure if they have since been demolished but can still see them on maps.

It's very easy to enter now it's all a housing estate

Yes, I thought it had been houses for a good few years now as well?

Even what they originally planned to keep had gone, not even the fascia off admin is retained.

I was visiting a job in Grimsargh which is 5 mins drive to Whittingham so I thought id have a drive to see how it was? The old building at the corner entrance is still there and also the church (St johns)

It was pretty soggy before it was demolished, but yeah bit too late. Shame that nothing was kept

Whittingham was the best. I live 10 mins from where it used to be. It was a complete mess before it got demolished..
