Information - Abandoned building history inquiry

Hey (newbie here), I'm trying to find out some history about a place near Stirling Corner, Barnet wondering if anyone knows anything about it?

From what I know the building was an old gym thought it's so run down and pretty much just a shell now. The land around it is pretty overgrown. The path to get in there is a gate but it been unlocked for ages. You can just about see it on Google Maps.

Not sure if anyone on this forum has been there and know the history of the place?

If so it would be greatly appreciated.

Okay cool. Any idea if the land belongs to anyone since 1970? Look like it been left to decay. Google doesn't seem to know of the place or the Sports Ground / Centre.

It doesn't come up with a name on my database as being corporate owned, which suggests private ownership or more likely with the name, a trust. If you pay the land registry £3 here they'll give you a copy of the title register.
