First on our Ireland list was Barbour Threads. I had seen a few photos on Flickr but had no idea of its scale. I expected 'Delph Mills' but it was more 'Broadford Works' and that can only mean one thing... EPICness!
We met the Irish boys and they showed us a part that they knew a covert acess point for. Turns out alot of the photos i had seen were taken on a bit of a unofficial tour a while ago and now security has changed thats not possible anymore (we did ask!) We spent quite a while in the one building and the other guys wanted to press on to the next place so i went away a little dissepointed at not seeing more. I considered going back the next day but in the end Belvoir had to take precedent.
