I did this one myself during the narrow window it was open last year - reasonable condition inside - I'd give it a 7/10 👌 not torched or water damaged.. The sump has a little bit of water in but all walls in almost perfect condition; the BT fixtures on the wall are mostly gone along with the bed, fire blanket and wall cabinet. Toilet still in place without any piss stench. All-in-all was quite impressed for my first ever successful ROC Post. Done a bunch now (around 10) and only found 1 that could tie it for condition and 1 other that would exceed it in terms of artifacts and condition. It's sad that most of them are looted, torched, sealed up or completely demolished all together 😥 Despite the fact they're virtually all the same - it gets me very excited when I find one that's decent. Worst one I ever found was in the Peak District - almost completely flooded - climbed down the ladder and could only just see above the black water with rotting benches floating around inside - so eerie 💀 I've attached some pics from my visit to this one 👍

Looks interesting in Brixworth. Am I allowed to go there, or the owner will be there to arrest me? Oh wait, it is locked right...
You can see the hatch but is completely welded shut - relatively decent inside though 😊 I would say you could ask the landowner but they realistically won't unweld alla that just to let smbdy in 😕
