As this locations hasn't nearly changed in the 7 moth between the first and the second vitsit, I'll pack all togheter in this thread.
The "chocolate factory" is an industrial lost place in Germany. When we were there, you could hardly find any vandalism. 2 small graffiti inside, that's all. All other damages were the usual decay. As the building stands empty for over 20 years, the roof is collapsed, there was a fire in one production room and of course water is running through the ceilings. On our first visit the house on the east-side was still habited by an old lady which seems the last remaining member of the owners family. Completly untypical are the many old cars on the area which are in a more or less good condition.
In the last few month the old lady had to leave the house (the roof collapsed partially, too) and the area is for sale now. As she left, the first thieves and vandals appeared and the place has got a real run in the local urbex scene. My luck that I found it before that all
