Passed this one after exploring St David's Hotel. Right next door. Don't know anything about it and luckily found access through an open door. Lights still on and camera's but don't think they were working as i spent 2 hours in there

The theatre is, obviously, Theatr Ardudwy, which was closed in February of this year due to issues with a leaking roof that would have cost £150,000 to repair. It is attached to what used to be Coleg Harlech that was an adult residential college until about 2011, and between that date and July 2017 it served as a local venue for courses run by WEA Wales. Until 2001, it was a standalone college offering either one, or two year courses aimed at giving adults a 'second chance' to develop themselves academically. The college was founded in 1927 with the aim of providing opportunities for working people to develop themselves. The tower block, now in an advanced state of dereliction was the main hall of residence for the college, and was opened in 1968 providing accommodation for approx 100 students. Subsequent to 2001 Coleg Harlech merged with the WEA to form Coleg Harlech WEA (N) which the underwent a further merger in 2015 with WEA South Wales and the YMCA.

I was a student at Coleg Harlech for two years between 1984 and 1986, a time that challenged me academically, as well as in other ways. The course I followed was the two year course leading to the University of Wales Diploma in General Studies which allowed me to progress to university. It's very sad to see the college closed, and in such a state.
