HISTORY

The Edgcumbe Hotel closed its doors in 2015, and has remained derelict since.

PLANS

In August 2017, new owners Noble Design and Build Ltd submitted plans to demolish the old hotel and build 66 apartments and parking on the site.
This was a great explore there were so many photos I couldn’t share them all, access was easy, me and my mate explored every inch of this hotel and even come across a couple in one room and a bloke passed out in another, there were definitely more people staying in there just didn’t come across any, some of the floorboards were missing but you could still get everywhere

i know there are at least 10 squatters living in the edgecumbe at the mo

Yeh got this on my list for soon, was going the same night but got too late, only seen 3 but knew there were more
