The college was built in the 1960s and consisted of a six storey high main building and Grade II listed Archery villas . The Archery Villas, designed by Decimus Burton, have been used for educational purposes since 1861. It was used by the Art department of Hastings College until 2006. Hastings college of Arts and Technology in East Sussex is a well-managed and well-governed college of further education offering an extensive range of academic and vocational courses for school leavers and adults, including those with learning difficulties and/or disabilities . The college closed in 2010 and relocated to a new site . Visited with Stealth. By the time we went a lot of the equipment had been sold and there wasnt a great deal left ...it was quite trashed in places , it was good to see it and get some photos as i believe it has now been demolished to make way for new houses. The villas have been refurbished and turned into flats .
