Paid a visit to the Slate Quarry which has been tuned into a visitor attraction. There are two train trips into the underground workings. One goes in at ground level and the other goes downwards into some of the deeper workings. I went on the deeper trip which deposits you underground and leaves you to follow a number of staged audio and light presentations in different caverns. Recommended if you've never been but a bit on the pricey side (£9+ for just the one tour). They don't seem to worry about people taking pics but you don't have a lot of time at each point to get a shot in. On to the pictures.
