Being busy working at weekends now its been hard trying to find local explores I haven't done, however this place is about 10 minutes away from where I work so decided to take a look at the place.

I knew the former Tuxedo Royale Boat was there but has since been moved to be destroyed, if only I'd been here sooner.
Not much here, it is a shell but I absolutely love big empty factory warehouse shots.
Unfortunately I dont have any history on the place as it seems to be a bit scarce....
So if anyone is able to link me to some info about the place I'd massively appreciate it.

it's all part of the redundant able uk yard,
the vast hanger type buildings towards the east are well worth a look, there's some impressive gantry cranes in them.

This is a place I've meant to walk into for years just never had the time, always something bigger on the radar... Massive piece of Teeside history though as a last remaining part of the Bolckow Vaughn ironworks!

I'd always gone past it but never decided to look until the other day.

Intrigued by quarantine area? and would love to know more about this place. Love the windows, good architectural design there. I like a mooch like this.

I loved the windows, very old Industrial, I've looked online but can't find much, no doubt somebody will find summit and update me haha
