Fourth site of the day in Belgium. Begun as a no-goer due to half the municipal road repair gang parking outside... but once they left, we were in and up to the rooftop.
It's ridiculously high and some 30 minutes stupid climbing later we at the top of the scaffolding, just below the dome...
