Report - Sanatorium / T.B. Clinic, Eloussa Rhodes, October 2019.

This place has been posted here a while ago, thanks to Bertie Bollockbrains for the heads up on this one, the village was originally an Italian settlement in Eloussa Rhodes. The buildings were an old sanatorium and tuberculosis clinic, the location was chosen as it is up in the hills away from the main population on the island, opened in 1947 closed in 1970.

Bah!!! never stopped the car when I drove past (the wife was with me you see). Looks as though was worth stopping for

Sure was, cheers for letting us know about this, lots of decaying vehicles a bit further down the road too.

Definitely worth stopping, nice explore this. Like the 3rd shot down, shows how even their sanatoriums had great iron work on balconies.
