Facts remain foggy, but I'm pretty sure this was the old site of Steel Monkey Engineering, which is next door to the (also derelict) former Spike Island building on the Bristol docks.
Spike Island is now a reputable arts space round the corner, but before that I seem to remember it being quite a quirky place which included a massive junk store downstairs.
This explore just included Steel Monkey as I was on my lonesome and the other building looked to be quite a dark and scary place.
