The Signal rises 22 stories over one of the most exciting residential redevelopment areas in central south London. The building is the embodiment of contemporary urban living encompassing the ever growing demands of London’s home owners. Being one of the tallest new residential development in the area, it boasts stunning views across London – from Battersea Power Station to the west, over to the West End and then The City to the north and Canary Wharf in the east. The superb zone one location, just moments from all major transport facilities includes Borough tube, The Elephant & Castle and Waterloo mainline and tube stations and an array of buses offering access throughout central London and beyond. In fact The City, Borough Market and South Bank are all within walking distance. The Signal will act as a catalyst for the total transformation of Newington Causeway. It is at the start of an array of hugely important landmark developments along this stretch. It’s also marking the gateway to the £1.5bn regeneration which is set to transform the Elephant & Castle. As such there’s never been a better time to buy in this location.

So said the brochure... Copy and pasted, but Ive corrected their spelling mistakes.

Was a fun night, myself and SJP had been out elsewhere tracking about some tunnels and for reasons unknown walked the entire stretch and then back to the access, about 5 miles so by the time we got out of there, we didn't fancy the crane we had been planning, just a little too high after trashing my knee's, elbow's and skull in that damn tunnel. Then i remembered about this place and we swung by and up we went. I did stick this in leads and rumors thinking I'd never get round to it myself and i know at least one person has done it, and probably a few others perhaps but no report so here you go.
