Haven't seen this place been done before because i think fairly recent and also pretty much just a shell in construction but it's still worth writing up a small report for. This nursing home is also 10 minutes around the corner from the last report i just wrote for Merok Park. Found this one when searching for that one so was kind of a bonus.
History
Winscombe is a nursing home that specialises in Parkinsons disease, convalescence and more. I can't really find any history on this place other than random small parts but feel free to research yourself and let me know if you find anything...
Explore
Again, explore was easy with a door open round back, the site is in slight construction/refurbishment at the moment so was pretty empty and stripped other than there equipment they have in there. Was a few bits left over though and no decay at all. I believe in it's condition it was closed last year some time but providing no information online i can't be sure. But was a good quick mooch. Enjoy the pictures
