Couldn't really find any info on this place, looking up the business's that operated out of here all I could find was the basic generic company info not the history ect. The site appeared to house several different businesses ( PPG transport coatings, Affordable care co ltd, Karemobility and universal tank cleaning ltd) before being abandoned most likely for housing as there are up market apartments adjacent to it and hording advertising more on recently cleared lots opposite. Part of a large warehouse is currently or recently been used for a local community project.
The explore, after failing all other explorers that day (gap in fence to small for partner, then to a flattened site, another sealed up, dog units and finally an active demolition) we were im pretty poor spirits especially as this was out last day in the area. Passing this just round the corner from our last fail we decided what the hell lol getting in was fairly easy, getting into the spray yard it appeared to be a bit or a derp but after the day we had was just happy to actually get inside. Once inside it was a lil more interesting with some spray machines and a lab upstairs we both said it reminded us of Wye college at the same time. Once out we got into the adjacent yard there were a few original features in the old buildings used by the (karemobility)but the warehouses at the back seemed out of place and had an Art Deco seaside vibe more something you would expect along the coast. Finally we explored the warehouse used by (tank cleaning ltd) that had been used for a local community project on the ground floor upstairs were some old machinery and bays remaining overall wasn't a bad explore and ending the day on a high note we headed home
