First ever explore I opted for a local one buried in the heart of the country side not too far from Guildford there is a old military veichle. A Alvis Saracen so I’ve been told unfortunately I don’t know any history in it other than it’s been sadly stripped of parts the big rolls Royce engine that powered it is still there and in one peice

No photos of the inside I’m affraid as had some people staring at me from a distance that I manage to spot

Any one have any information on it ?

I like that, though it looks like the kind of set dressing you seem to get at every paintball site these days.

Brill find.

It's an Alvis Saracen Amoured Personal Carrier.

Same chassis layout as the Stalwart.

They used them in Northern Ireland aside the Humber Pig.

UK heritage manufacture has been raped by our own govrment and the EU.

OOPS sorry off topic a bit.

I use to deliver parts to TVR In Blackpool, and Dennis Fire Engines Manufacturers, it was like a normal body shop that I worked in. Good lads proper.

Am waffling now sorry OP.

I am a bit cross posted and confused but yet what a building.

A big target for the Luftwaffe.

My next door neighbour had an Alvis Stalwart with the swim kit still on.

The ground shuck big time..

I dropped my bitumen mop under my landrover in oar.
