General - Abandoned Powerplant/Colliery Scotland

I've recently found out that in East Ayrshire near the Barony A frame, there is a powerplant/colliery. There is other posts about it but I felt I would post more photos because the other posts are oudated. Also my camera is broken so a few of the photos are distorted.

This photo is distorted but i kinda of like it.

This looks as if it belongs in a horror movie or something.

This is the most distorted one.




I'm new to the site and I feel that I'm going to like it here, so tell me your thoughts i guess.

Used to have a nice banister with 'electricity bolts' in the ironwork... looks like it's gone now though!

No, It's still there. There are small sections still fitted near the top. They were still there when I went in for a nosey earlier this year.....
