Sorry folks on the tourist trail for this one. I think Mookster's was the previous report on here and having seen that had to make the effort to see the machinery.
Again history is a little scarce for this place. A very relaxed explore the way I like it these days mind. A great pity its been ravaged by fire and general vandalism though there is still one or two nice bits of machinery left.
A wander around the disused quay followed by the long train journey back up north ended a rather pleasant day all in all.
Nice to see this was fabricated in the North East at Cargo Fleet.
