Looking roughly south-east, trig marker in the background.
I think this was some sort of addition later by radio enthusiasts for mounting an aeriel.
Dome at top of pic is the GZI mount.
Facing west towards the round column in the centre of pic. This has details on top regarding direction & distances of various landmarks.
