Report - Battersea Dock Cranes - September 2014

Very nice indeed! One of the few bits I never got round to seeing up close. As OT says I'd better get a wriggle on!

It's not all bad news..... The cranes are being totally restored (cosmetically) at Tilbury Docks and should be back in-situ in 2017. Something tells me they won't be as easy to get into then! Great pictures!

Love those cranes, any news on what will happen to them once removed?
I suppose they'll just end up as bean cans.

See above... Both the cranes and the jetty are going to be restored in time for the planned re-opening in 2017. Good news!
