Nice to see your pics ..went here in 2012 ...its going down hill slowly

It has gone down hill so badly i went thinking that everything was cool but the reports from 2012 are way different

It could still be fixed, steep park house was as bad, and that looks amazing now it's been restored.

Yes it is, it's easy to find, but after my vist yesterday it's clear someone is keeping an eye on it now.
If you get caught be prepared for a right telling off at the the least.
If the razer wire gets put back while your in there you can have a real problem getting out.

It's publicly available information and Berkyn Manor has been explored for absolutely years, it's not like everyone doesn't know about it.
