a year after looking at this i got to do my 2nd UE. A disused cotton mill (i think) that is in the village of Butlers Cross. the village was made for a place for the servants of chequers, the PM's summer house, to live.
The explore was quite easy. spotted it whilst hiking with (older) scouts, went to have a look whilst there were cooking, delegation brilliant! was going ok until i started to hear gun shots from the field near by, but this was the only time i would of been in view of anyone
so decided to go back to camp and have a few beers and dinner
Inside the barn
a old newspaper
cotton was everywhere
all sorts of equipment
There are lots more pictures at Photobucket | The safer way to store your photos
Cheers
