Visited with OT and Tumbles.
Well it's taken a bit of organising but finally we got there-late and probably on the wrong day. Unfortunately that's what happens when people ring me when I'm half asleep and I never read my emails
It was a scorching hot day yesterday so all we could think of was "we seriously need some ice cream after this".
The whole place is a lot bigger than I thought it would be and there's 350 steps to the bottom and you have to come all the way back up them because that's the only way out! I took my camera but didn't take the photos coz I was too busy concentrating on not falling down the stairs but here's the ones that OT took with my superior Nikon camera equipment-Canons suck!
A big thanks to the organisers who keep this place running and for showing us round (it's in private coz I don't want to advertise it too much). Cheers to Tumbles and OT for being packhorses and chauffeur whilst I hobbled around
All in all, it was a great afternoon. Much planning was done and plenty of ice cream eaten
