Couldn't really find much information on this site but from what i understand this has been unused since the 50's.
Getting here was a cracking day, parked in a local town and approached from the quarry side, walked down a slope to get into the quarry and had somemlunch near some foot bridges. We then made our way down to two long rectangle buildings, climbed inside but was just filled with rubbish. Continued down the path and was greeted with the strange structure that is the lime work itself. After taking photos we climbed right up to the top of them (very sketchy) and popped out where we had eaten lunch ! We then free climbed right out of the quarry. The pics dont do justice for how much of a good day this was. Not the beat urbex location per say but still had a blast here
The foot bridge we sat at to eat lunch
Building filled with rubbish
More graffiti
Ground level
Mid level climbing up to the top
The view from the top
The face of the wall we climbed up to get out
View from the top of where we climbed out
