I know this has been covered before so I won't bore you with a copid history.
That being said, here's the link - https://www.mindat.org/loc-5193.html
I went here for a couple of hours with my kids, who I didn't let climb the machinery, although they enjoyed looking at it all, and the mineral formations.
It's a walk In explore, nobody bothered us.
It's a nice walk around and possibly may be gone in the future as the talks of a waterpark continue.
Here's some pics anyway
One of the towers containing grinders/crushers
Various parts of the belt systems
A small pond that's accumulated over the years
Control panel
Hopper and chains for holding back the larger rocks
Some crushing jaws
The quarry itself
Thanks for looking
