Not the chimneys, but you could do a bastard climb to get up the charge tower if you're brave.

Google doesn't seem to want to tell me what a bastard climb is... Is it just a difficult / dangerous climb via a route you find yourself?

In short, yes. Imagine if you will an utter bastard of a climb that may result in death if you put a foot wrong.

Eeeeeh, I'm willing to risk my life climbing up some ladders or something but I'm not enough of a psycho to do a climb like that haha.

Take a telescopic ladder and the charge tower is feasible.
