This one turned up a while back in the rumour section. It was opened and sealed again within a week or so. Anyway another opening presented itself so I thought I'd get it done. Just an empty office block.
The history:
It was the base of Midland Bank in Sheffield during the 70's, don't know when they left.
Not sure when it was built, but to compensate here's a short history of the Moor in Sheffield.
There was allegedly going to be a refurb in 2007, didn't happen.
Still available to rent - £15 per square foot aparently.
Oh, and it has a safe

The vacant space is for the new market, coming soon. That means that castle market will close. Bigger sized one.
