Hi peoples
here some photos from Dead Bees Quarry, you may know it as Bees Quarry, but now the bees are dead
it's a forest find, bush land, not very busy, nicely clean, big enough for more than one visit
-
-
-
-
some ready to breake out stones here, left overs
-
-
the flooded section, low water, but still deep enough to need waders
-
-
on the side there was a ramp I could walk with wellies
-
-
but not far enough, to look around the corner. This needs control.
-
-
the view backward
-
-
was this a round blade cutting ?
-
-
-
old drawings, maybe made with carbide lamp (but not sure)
-
-
-
-
-
crack between two places of excavating
-
-
-
-
MB , a quarry workers first letters,; i saw the full name somewhere, but forgot
-
-
-
-
-
hmmm, how did the work this ? pick?
-
-
-
-
-
rails, used for stabilizing
-
-
-
-
ok, end, thanks, nous sortier
and you can go to bed now
