Considering it's still up for sale is it still classed as MOD property so you get the strict trespassing rules?

Secca inside the main house, as I just found out, they was not happy to see us, he said police is it for dog training which I do believe, he also said police are on high alert. Apparently 2 explorers got arrested yesterday for entering the main house.
