Nice report. Not seen this one before either. I bet that was a pretty cool library when it was open. Really nice spiral staircase.

Nice one. Took a look a couple of times but had no luck. Great to see inside and its much nicer than i thought.

Cool, thanks, was waiting for this report now since I joined the forum.
Took some shots of it in 2011, but not in the sense of urban exploring.
I had a look at Ruperts tower and in Saint Domingo Road, Everton FC was founded as St. Domingo F.C.

Well done for getting in here! Has there been any progress in its redevelopment? There are so many lovely features to this place that it'd be a shame to see it worsen beyond repair. The ceiling is awesome,and all the railing-work is of a very classy design. All those spiral staircases remind me of Sefton Park library,which has a similar feel about it. A gargoyle on the inside is pretty unusual too. I take it you had no luck getting on to the roof terrace?

I did a revisit here about 2 weeks ago and sadly it's looking worse, this time I did go on the roof, last time it was flooded.

Total shame been reports for two years now that there gonna renovate it and have the money but still nothing
