This was a sort of aimless visit to brush up on being underground before visiting new sites, but was a bit different in that photography was done with a system lens for once instead of the old Olympus manual lenses I've used on other visits.
I should apologise to the young couple from Livingstone who were there at the same time, I told them I'd show them some of the more interesting areas of the mine but was unable to find my way there and we ended up going about in circles, just goes to show these large mines shouldn't be taken lightly even if you've been there quite a few times before. I later found my way to the area I'd aimed for and ended up emerging from the western entrance, having entered from the east.
