Well. Bit of an update: I went in earlier with a few spare tins for the homeless guy (his name is Cleggy, it's written in the barracks). As it turns out, a lot of his kit seems to have gone and someone's actually set his bed on fire in the other room.

The vandals are gonna tear the place to bits at this rate.

Good man for going back with some tins. Shame the poor bugger's gone though - I just hope he chose to leave rather than was forced out by the mindless tw@ts that torched his bed. FFS.
