Yeah you can tell kids have got to it , hence there being fire

I worked here in 1968 - 1969. I was with British English Electric Nuclear who were building the Wylfa power station (the old one!) at that a time. Memories of a very cramped office shared with two others and crammed floor to ceiling with computer printouts from the KDF9 we used for shielding calculations. We had to prorduce preliminary data with hand cranked calculators! They were then passed on to the punched card operators and a days or so later we got our printouts. I was sent up to Wylfa to work on commissioning as the station neared completion. Strange and rather sad to see the old place in this state.
