I'm not 100% certain on this but there are reports on here for Trowse Pumping station and information at https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1672752 seems to suggest that you have explored the 1909 extension to the building, despite it being called The Granary. The mill at Trowse burnt down http://www.norfolkmills.co.uk/Watermills/trowse.html and so the equipment you saw may be more connected to the pumping station than a mill. Lack of further details prevents me being 100% sure, but if you do go back see if you can find the foundation stone from 1909

Just having this conversation with @Mikeymutt today, he thought this was to do with the pumping, but with the wooden grain chute & belt wheels on the walls it really looks more mill like.
This is a completely unconnected building to the pump station btw though its only a few metre behind, I think the extension to the pump house may refer to the right hand side leantoo

I am still convinced the whole site is to do with the sewage works. And the old pump house was converted to a mill when the new house was built. And the extension I would say is the old furniture makers. The building was only leased by the furniture makers for a small while. I remember them being there up to not that many years ago. I might be wrong in it all though

Thats basically spot on yes. Beam engine in the tall building and boilers in the other building. Later used for milling and carpenters after that
