Lead or Rumour info - Kinmel Hall

Not sure if this is the right place to post but I was planning t go to Kinmel Hall this weekend but the house has been sold and is now in private hands in case anyone else was thinking of exploring there

I mean...it's always been in private hands. But work has been ongoing there for some time with live on-site workers/guards.
